North Downs Hospital prides itself on delivering high standards of patient care in a friendly, patient-focused and approachable manner, ensuring all patients receive excellent clinical outcomes. Working with our partners, which include local GPs, Consultants and other specialists, we deliver our patients an individual, personal service tailored to their needs where clinical care is of the highest standard and provided by professionally trained staff.  Our support services focus on maintaining excellence in the non-clinical aspects of patient care including administration, housekeeping, catering and maintenance.

Reflecting our highest priority of patient safety, we work within the Department of Health guidelines, by screening all patients for MRSA. Cleanliness is vital to minimising infection. Our hospital staff are fully trained in the latest procedures and thus maintain all areas to the highest standards.

Our patients can be assured of the quality of the hospital and its Consultants by referring to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Audits undertaken by the Department of Health which support the hospital’s excellent reputation.  We are delighted to have been awarded a ‘Good’ rating, reflecting the care and commitment with which we treat our patients and other parties here at North Downs Hospital.
